Refund & Exchanges Policy – Shanawar Gear

At Shanawar Gear, we specialize in OEM manufacturing, private label production and custom motorsport apparel. Due to the customized nature of our products, our Refund & Exchanges Policy differs from standard retail stores.

Please review the following policy carefully before placing an order.


Custom OEM & Private Label Orders

Most products manufactured by Shanawar Gear are produced according to customer specifications, branding requirements and custom designs.

Therefore:

  • Custom OEM orders are generally non-refundable.
  • Private Label orders are generally non-refundable.
  • Custom-designed products cannot be returned or exchanged after production has been approved and completed.
  • Customer-approved production orders are considered final.

Sample Orders

Sample orders are produced to help customers evaluate product quality, materials, sizing and workmanship before bulk production.

Sample orders are generally non-refundable.

However, if a sample arrives with a verified manufacturing defect, we may review the issue and provide a suitable resolution.


Order Approval Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving:

  • Product Designs
  • Artwork
  • Logos
  • Labels
  • Sizing Specifications
  • Material Selections
  • Color Combinations
  • Packaging Requirements

Once approval has been provided and production begins, changes, cancellations, refunds or exchanges may not be possible.


Manufacturing Defects

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

If a product arrives with a confirmed manufacturing defect, Shanawar Gear may offer one of the following solutions:

  • Product Repair
  • Product Replacement
  • Partial Refund
  • Credit Toward Future Orders

All claims must be supported with clear photographs and order details.


Incorrect Products

If an incorrect product is shipped due to an error on our side, customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the shipment.

After verification, Shanawar Gear will work with the customer to provide an appropriate resolution.


Damaged Shipments

If a shipment arrives visibly damaged:

  • Inspect the package immediately upon delivery.
  • Take photographs of the damaged packaging and products.
  • Notify us within 7 days of receiving the shipment.

Damage claims may require coordination with the shipping carrier.


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.

Once materials have been purchased, production has started or customization work has been completed, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Any approved cancellation may be subject to charges for:

  • Development Costs
  • Material Costs
  • Sampling Costs
  • Administrative Costs

Color & Material Variations

Minor variations may occur due to:

  • Material Availability
  • Screen Display Differences
  • Dye Lots
  • Manufacturing Processes

Such variations are considered normal manufacturing tolerances and do not qualify for refunds or exchanges.


Sizing Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving sizing charts before production.

Shanawar Gear cannot be held responsible for sizing issues resulting from customer-approved specifications.

We strongly recommend reviewing samples before placing bulk orders.


Shipping Costs

Shipping fees, customs duties, taxes and import charges are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers are responsible for complying with local import regulations and customs requirements.


Claim Procedure

To submit a refund, replacement or exchange request, please provide:

  • Order Number
  • Product Details
  • Description of Issue
  • Clear Photos or Videos
  • Supporting Documentation

Claims should be submitted as soon as possible after receiving the shipment.
